title: Links, Links and More – Intro to Basic Soldering

Description:
Learn the basic concepts of silver soldering while creating an eclectic bracelet of different links. A variety of silver will be provided to allow students the opportunity to tailor their bracelet. By the end of this class you will have an understanding of necessary tools and materials to successfully solder simple joints. Students will complete a bracelet by the end of class.

●      Skill Level: Beginner/All levels

●      Sessions: 1  , 3 hrs

●      Max class size:   10 (no one under 18 years of age)

●      Class Fees: $   130/person

●      Materials Included: will provide enough material for 1, 8”bracelet (SS stock, semi-precious beads)

●      Students are asked to bring the following:

a.     Ruler

b.     Chain nose pliers

c.     Flat nose pliers

d.     Flush side cutters

e.     Round nose pliers

f.      Pencil with eraser

g.     1.8mm hand punch

h.     Magnifying glasses and Ott light as needed
