MEMORY WIRE BRACELETS - (Beginner Friendly & Great Group Activity)
Create a stylish, stackable bracelet that keeps its shape - no clasp required! In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to design and assemble a custom memory wire bracelet, perfect for everyday wear or gifting. Memory wire is a spring-steel wire that coils back into a bracelet form, making it beginner friendly and wonderfully forgiving.
What you'll learn:
- How to work safely and confidently with memory wire
- Proper use of memory wire cutters and basic jewelry tools
- Design tips for balanced color, texture and bead placement
- How to finish your bracelet securely with wrapped end loops
No previous beading experience required. Makes for a fun event for all skill levels. Each participant will complete at least one coiled memory wire bracelet. This workshop is relaxed, creative, and a great introduction to jewelry making - or a fun refresher for experienced beaders who want a quick, satisfying project.
The cost of this class is $25., plus materials. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early so that you may begin planning out your design. Alternatively, you can stop in any time prior to the class to begin laying out your materials. This is my favorite part but, I find with new makers that this is the most time consuming part as the amount of product you will be introduced to can be a bit overwhelming.
